Who manages the council data in this system?

This system was designed to be managed by your own Council staff, officers, directors, etc. The Grand Knight will be assigned the Site Admin status and the SEP Director status immediately after the council roster data has been submitted to us.

This system is part of a larger website hosting platform. With a full web hosting account, your council can request that we add other Site Admins and other SEP Directors to help your council manage your daily operations. With a full web hosting account, your council can also benefit from all the other features the full platform offers.

User Management tasks handled by Council staff

• Designate Users as Active Knights (toggle Yes/No)
• Enable or Disable Users from System Access
• Add New Knights to the system who just joined your council
• Manage the KofC SEP section:
  • Add Training Attendance records
  • Add Criminal Background Check records
  • Add custom Council SEP Trainings
  • Download SEP Reports

Tasks handled by Council members

• Update user Profile, contact info, photo
• Request CBC
• Register for SEP Training
